Whether you have performance goals or wish to improve your quality of life my goal is to help you get there and have fun along the way. Utilise Ben’s experience to learn how to train consistently and look after your body.

Ben currently trains, consults and helps:

·      South Korea Telecom Swimming

·      Essentially Rugby Academy Tonga

·      Everyday athletes

·      General health and fitness clients

·      Clinical Exercise Physiology clients (diabetes, injury rehab, neurological disorders, obesity)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Tonga National Rugby Union Strength and Conditioning Coach (Tonga 7s and Tonga A)

  • Tonga High Performance Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach (athletics, tae kwon do, netball, swimming)

  • South Korea Telecom Swim Team Strength and Conditioning Coach

  • Semi-professional mountain bikers, triathletes and rep touch football

  • 14 years personal training.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Exercise and Sport Science Australia)

  • Accredited Sport Scientist (Exercise and Sport Science Australia)

  • Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Business

  • TACFIT Team Leader, Flowfit and Clubbell Instructor

  • Functional Movement Screen level 2

  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 2 - Professional Coaches Accreditation Scheme

  • Stretch Therapy Teacher

  • 14 years experience in the fitness and sport industry (8 years personal training)
