Having trained under some the worlds leading strength and health professionals such as Steve Maxwell, Scott Sonnon, Jon Hinds and Kit Laughlin I have come to realise the importance of mobility, movement and strength training as the pillars for any good exercise program. Its not about destroying yourself with high intensity training all the time but training consistently and looking after your body.

  • Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Exercise Science

  • Functional Movement Screen level 2

  • Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 2

  • Stretch Therapy Teacher

  • TACFIT Level 2 and Clubbell Instructor

  • MOVNAT Level 1 Instructor

  • 14 years experience in the fitness and sport industry (8 years personal training)

  • Tonga National Rugby Union Strength and Conditioning Coach (Tonga 7s and Tonga A)

  • Tonga High Performance Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach (athletics, tae kwon do, netball, swimming)
